HAVE I BEEN CHARGED ABUSIVE COMMISSIONS FOR NON-PAYMENTS?

What are non-payment fees?

Non-payment commissions are pre-drafted clauses that banks included in mortgage loans by which they could charge the client an amount, normally €30, in the event that the client did not pay any of the installments.

WHY SARCE LAWYERS?

When can the bank claim a non-payment fee?

In order for the bank to receive commissions or pass on expenses, they must refer to services firmly requested or expressly accepted by the client and provided that they respond to services actually provided or expenses incurred.
